I'm terribly late, but here goes anyway! I can only speak for Jessica, of course. I know very little about SNSD and don't follow them in particular, but Heechul enjoys the times they've talked. I feel like any trouble they have had bonding in the way that the reals seem to be close may be Heechul's fault more than anything else. He admittedly has some trouble knowing what to do/talk about around girls, and has been a little gunshy about people in general since getting close seems to generally result in people leaving. I think finding the time to have more one-on-one scenes with her will help them be more comfortable, at least after the initial awkward adjustment period--he gets a lot of text/comment-only interaction but very few actual scenes where people come to see him face-to-face. We should probably talk about bygone years and just how we see them fitting together overall, sometime? Jessica is literally the first Sica he's ever known as a muse who showed any interest in him or seemed to try to reach the closeness of the reals, so he has a lot of blank slate where there might otherwise be some experiences to draw on.
(tl;dr it's Heechul, not Sica, let's discuss!)

Thank you so much for this. ♥ And don't be entirely blaming of Heechul - especially lately they're in an incredibly awkward situation and Jessica is hesitant when it comes to speaking with the Super Junior guys. Let's chat more about it next time we catch each other online! And we can definitely run a scene or two to get them used to each other - our timezones are fairly close, I think.

Also not that you asked for crit but can I just say how much I love your Heechul? He was my original bias when I got into Suju back in 06 and yours is just so amazing. ♥ It's really a pleasure to play across from him.
