What I didn't need this morning
So, I wake up, because I am having trouble sleeping. I am conjested. Julia has the cruds too.
I go to check my email, and I see that my statement from Verizon is in. I normally don't check it, because they also text me the amount, and then I wait the following month to pay it (before it is due mind you).
I have reminders set up, so I don't miss paying them.
Imagine my surprise when I see our phone bill is $167.00. Please keep in mind, our phone bill has never been more than $70.00.
So, I check online for the statement. For some reason, they have decided to start billing Mic's Cell phone $99.00 for Voice.
Uhmmm...we are under contract for much less than that.
Now, granted, I am getting the Coke discount, but even without the Coke discount, I should not have to pay that much for phone service.
I am about to go throw up now. I don't think this will be easy to get resolved.
