Road Trip
Headed out on a road trip here in a little bit. First one of the new year. Might not get to see much since it's winter, but... figure it's worth a shot since I've got a few days off due to the New Year.
Hopefully get to see some Harp Seals. That'll be cool.
Heading to the Northernmost point in Japan, so that'll be a random fact to put on the Yep I Did It list.
Bought a new camera last night (Nikon D80), so I'll be doing a bit of Trial by Fire in the field on how to use the bloody thing. Still cool.
Plan on staying the night and possibly trying to get up at the buttcrack o' dawn in order to take pics of the sun coming up over the ocean. Cool, but way too early. Ah, still cool.
That's the plan. Who knows what else may happen in between all of that...
