Hi, I just purhcased a bottle of Jet-Dry Rinse Agent from Albertson's thinking it was dish detergent and it flooded my kitchen when I used it in the dishwasher. I've already run into trouble with liquid detergent as apparently dish soap and dishwasher detergent go by the same name, so this time I made sure to look for something that said it was made for the dishwasher. According to the very vague label on your product it is the "#1 Spot & Fim Fighter" and you should use it for "sparkling clean dishes and glasses." Nowhere on the label did it say it was to be used in addition to dishwasher dish detergent, so I assumed it was detergent. And since dish soap jargon seems to be very vague (almost everything going by dish detergent regardless of its use in a dishwasher) i assumed rinse agent (which was printed very small) was another name. After all, I was washing dishes, so I'd want them to be rinsed. Your label seems incredibly vague and misleading. Nowhere on it does it tell you how to use or what exactly it is used for. You're relying on me already being familiar with your product, and this is incredibly irresponsible on your part. I'm a college student and just spent my last $3 on your "rinse agent" so I could wash dishes and I don't get paid for another week. So now I have dirty dishes and a floor covered in suds. I hope you guys (all of the dishwashing industry) can get your act together and provide informative labels rather than your vague misleading lingo. I'd at least like a refund. You can send $2.99 to the address above. Or come over and clean my kitchen.
