It appears that LiveJournal's future is in doubt, so I'm looking into ways to migrate my blog, and I figure that others might want to know how to do so as well.

I found ljArchive, which will create a local backup of a journal and its comments. I don't know if any info is lost. Ideally I'd like to find a backup tool and a blogging service
