LONDON BABY
Okay so it's 10:23am and I'm sitting in an internet cafe in Piccadilly Circus listening to Ironic by Alanis Morissette cause that's what's playing. Okay now it's not playing it's something else I don't recognise.
So I went to see Ben Kweller last night AND got to meet Sara, and they were both awesome! Ben did pretty much everything I wanted to hear (except problems :( ). Highlight was probably Wasted and Ready or Lizzy. BK Baby was cool too. I bought a t shirt.
So today, since the hostel has kicked me out at such an ungodly hour, I'm gonna go sightseeing. Everytime I'm down here I say I'm gonna go see that fucking dinosaur in the Natural History Museum and I always forget, so today's the day. Think I'll also try and see the Edward Hopper exhibition at the Tate Modern. Because Hopper is pony.
Apart from that... hmmm I may get one of those big stupid Joey Tribiani Union Jack hats? Nah...
I've only got til 4pm because the Stansted bus took forever yesterday and I don't really wanna miss my plane, even though it's not until 8 o clock. With all the screwing around with check ins and getting to airports, it actually takes about the same time to take the train.
Okay I just looked online and I need to get the subway to South Kensington to get to the museum. The BK gig was near the Angel Islington. I still can't get used to going places that I thought only existed in Monopoly.
ew they're playing Phil Collins now. Time to go.
