Well today in English I had a fun time talking about prayer and how when you pray you actually steal something from God...does anyone ever think about that. Well comming from a chick who doesnt know and doesnt care I came up with some pretty cool reasons how us "good christains" steal from our own God....
Alright lets say you are a devoted christain, no, you are a person who prays for god but you dont necessarily have to be devoted. Well lets say you are praying for a cure for your loved one, or for your loved one to live longer..hmmm bad problem. What the minister in my story said is that when you pray you steal something from someone who actually needs it more than we do...well the hypocrisy in that is when everyone prays theyd end up stealing from eachother...but thats not the point. When you beg god to pray for someone to get better and live you are stealing away that live that God has decided to taken..and since god is "all knowing and all forgiving" hed grant it to you because that is who he is. So when you are a devoted christain and youre praying and praying for this person to live you are stealing from Death and from God. You are taking that choice that he has made for that person away from him because hell grant it to you unless he doesnt like you or whatnot. so a devoted christain steals from their own god which I find hilarious. Why would someone who belives in selfishness and care and sincerity STEAL especially from their own god? and isnt that a sin? And when you supposidly take that from God and he gives that life back to you youre stealing from you're all knowing man.
