I adore looking up at the sky, at all times of day.

I say it to myself, I say it to warrior_priest, to my best friends, to my parents (in my mind), to the Universe.

For a little while yesterday - with a situation that continues to feel hopeless - then I prayed and gave it all to God.

5. Tell us one of your dreams:
Snippet from a dream last night - an elderly client of mine - comes to a hair salon - and she lays down on a bed. I go to her, and I take off a pair of her black shoes. And then another pair that is underneath them, and then ANOTHER pair!!! She is in pain, and she can't move around very much. I get several urgent telephone calls that I cannot get... Fast forward to another part of the dream where I'm walking in an unfamiliar neighborhood of townhouses - 3 stories tall - and someone has painted part of each one red - either a swatch or two on the side, or part of the roof. There is still wet paint on the pavement, and it gets on my shoes. I finally get to the unit I wanted to go to - and there is a very steep outdoor staircase leading up to the front door on the second floor. I know I am meeting a man who might become my lover, and I wonder if he will just sweep me up and take me to bed.
