This is the first year that I claimed a second fic, and it actually made me realize the real meaning of the word 'challenge' *cries*. I have always been a slow art creater. Having to create art pieces for 2 stories with the posting dates a week apart had been making me anxious and nervous. But I am a lucky artist cause my writers are talented and the images they painted are so vivid. I had some clear ideas what to do almost immediately after reading the drafts, YEAH!
Anyway, the header/banner of my second claim is this:

The first draft I sent to Wendy the Bigbang Mod was very different though. At that time, I only knew that I wanted to draw Jensen being scared/threattened by the black smoke--some being that has killed his family. The draft looks empty and pointless...I don't know how to explain but it just lacks story. I have to add something. So.... a gun! Well, now people will know Jensen fights back and will want to find out what happens, right? /^__^/
I also tried making the smoke more scary and added black hands reaching over to touch Jensen. But it looked weird so NO HANDS! After decided that just Jensen and the smoke was enough, I added some graphic, lights and shadows, the texts and done.
The process of creating the end pic is more straightforward. I wanted to show readers that the shadows has started to dissapear and at the end, Jared has found Jensen and would never leave his side ever again. SO YES a cuddlng!J2 (^_^) I started by drawing the line, colored the pic, added the background and lights and shadows. I also played with photoshop blending mode quite a bit to blend the boys' pic with the background.
