Rating: PG for boys cuddling
Medium: Digital (photoshop)
Summary: Jensen and Jared are from two very different worlds but one moment in time and one simple photograph will change their lives and their worlds forever.
More under the cut!
Okay, so I came up with this lame prompt of boys who are living in two total different worlds. But somehow, they find each other. The original art is below. I didn't really change anything except the color. I added texture to make it softer.
No, I lied, I actually tried to fix Jensen many times cause he looks like a Japanese anime character but there was no luck. So I stopped messing with it before I ruined it all together. I have this problem sometimes when my line art is actually pretty good but after coloring, it doesn't turn out the way I want. But I quite like Jared :) Look at Jared though :D Sexy Jared in Kimono is sexy!
These are the line arts of the boys. My lines are always so messy lol and most of the time, I'm afraid to color my arts and ruin their outline!
Then after reading
annie46 story, I was inspired to do another piece of art. Seriously, I'm amazed at the way she weaves this story. The Js are so different. They are not supposed to even cross path. But it's strange how the universe works sometimes (c Tamoh heh heh). I just came up with the prompt, just a piece of a puzzle and she does all the work! *hugs you*.
There are lots of parts that I love and I really, really love this particular words they say to each other:
*happy sighs*
But no, this scene only happens in my head--Jensen's head to be exact. It's his dream. I intended not to paint it fully, just some color here and there. Jared's kimono is on him and, well, he dreams of the one he wants to be with the most. And it's not in full color and completed cause he is not completed without Jared. I can be deep, you know. lol
Also, I added my writer's favorite words "Always Keep Fighting" and my favorite word "Heart (in Japanese Kanji character)" as parts of Jared's tattoo as a symbol of our effort on this challenge.
DONE!
Before, I'm off to bed, I want to thank the mod of
J2 Reversebang Challenge, and thank you
annie46 for being a wonderful writer and a friend and a partner in crime! We have been both very busy with work but we made it! Time to celebrate!
