ok so I owe a post and i'm going to do one. Sorry been busy but now football is over it's slowed down a little. The Pats lost so no business fallout from that. Losers don't get parades haha anywya just figured I'd get a little catch up gong here.

First of all, happy to report no new problems with my eyes, at least for the moment. The last scan was good so i've got a month or so before my next appointment. In fact health issues are pretty good, nothing to be seriously concerned about yet. I had plateaued a litle with the weight loss due the crazy winter weather and a heavy work schedule, but I did manage to keep  it off during the holidays thankfully so that's good and now i'm back on track. Got a wedding to go to in May and I fully intend to look good when I go. Just gotta find my dress and shoes.

No further misadventures for the cats now that they are strictly indoors now. Which is a decrease on my vet bill which is always good.  Anna is of course deaf as a stone and cries loudly, the irony being that she is the only one who can't hear herself, So she stays downstairs with me at night and only bothers me, her occasional bouts of incontinence notwithstanding. She is after all 16 years old so i'm patient with her. The other cat is the most well-behaved little thing, except when she gets in my way in front of the computer ha.

In my sporting news, the Bruins have had a tough time of it lately, partly due to some injuries they've suffered this year. Rich Peverley is out 4-6 weeks (whish is pretty much the rest of the regular season if your counting) with a knee injury suffered on a borderline knee-on-knee by Montreal's Hal Gill and Nathan Horton suffered his second concussion in an 8 month span when he took a blidd-side hit to the head by The Flyers Tom Sustetto (which was btw un-penalized and the player was not suspended for) and isn't even skating on his own yet at this point without symptoms. Horton was concussed during the  Finals last year on a famous and brutal hit which left him unconcious on the ice. I'm not holding out hope of seeing him any time soon :( But I did get to go to another Bruins game this year, one of the best they've had recently against the Predators and got to see a win, so I can't complain too much. Any frustrations I have regarding hockey I tend to save for my blog hehe.

Ok and I am hugely into Once Upon A Time now and you can expect a post on it sooner or later. It had recent episode which featured the lovely Emilie De Ravin of Lost fame as Belle and she was wonderful in it. And from the looks of the ending of that episode, she'd gonna be back sooner or later too. Emilie is such a wonderful little actress I look forward to seeing her again on one of my new favoirte shows.

Anyways just a little update on things in general until I get the inspiration or whatever to write more and put some more artwork up :)
