Observations and other things..
I haven't done one of these in awhile and i'm gong to augment it with pictures as well. But just general stuff on Lost as a whole, the good, the bad, the ugly, the just plain annoying etc etc... In honor of getting closer to the End.. here are my observastions..
Observations...
Frst off I have rediscovered that.. I really missesd Daniel Faraday...
Missed the skinny ties and the hair and just him in general. The goofiness and that absolutly pure look of love on his face when he thinks of Charlotte. And his confession to Des about how he'd hadn't even talked toher yet, but he knew he alreaady loved her, was the sweetest thing i've ever heard said. It gives me hope, it really does.
And of course, i'vve definatly missed Des...I forgot jsut how good looking he was.. holy cow...
Even when he's tied to a tree... snickers a little....
"That's one big bucket of chicken.." LMAO one of the best lines of the night.. by Des :D
I forgot how cute Hurley and Libby were together... glad they finally got their date...
Someone upon seeing my couples banner I did recently said lthat's what she show is really about... love.. one of the strongest forces on the planet. And consdiering all the death and destrucction on this show.. it's proving that it can survive even that. As Wesley said in The Princess Bride 'Death can't stop true love, it can on ly delay it for awhile.' The imminent meeting of Sayid and Shannon, along with other couples may prove this to be ture.. At least I hope.
Related to the subject in a way... Sun and Jin..
They sort of.. I don't know.. bore me now. Not sure why. Maybe it's because they've dragged the separation thing on too long ( I get it now really I do) Or maybe cause I have to read 50,00 subtitles, which with my bad vision can be.. well annoying. It's probably why their latest episoed didn't interest me that much. Now don't get me wrong, I don't want her to die, cause I do like Sun, but i've just... grown tired of them of late. Just my personal opinion there.
I do not like Sayid like this...
Having no feelings, and just doing what he's told is not the Sayid I love.. please bring Shannon back soon, don't know how much or this I can take..

Now does anyone else think that maybe Sawyers little con job may not be such a good idea? I don't think playing both sides off eachother and then sneaking off the sub is such hot stuff. This is not Jack and Locke fighting over guns. This good versus eil, and the stakes are much higher. It's no time for games.
A sidenot on this before I move on. I hate people like this to be honest. Ones who say it ain't my problem, i'm gonna take of my own and let the chips fall where they may. It is exactly this attited that allows evil like MIB to florish. See bating evil will always require sacrifice. It requires you to maybe give something up for the sake of the Greater Good. It's why alot of people don't like to get involved. But doing nothing coats more. All evil needs is for the good to nothing and act in their own self-interst. And that is.. unfortunaly the way of the wold these days. So I don't agree with Sawyer 'let em fight it out philoshpy, it's a dangerous way of thnking.

Why? Even Flocky the Smoke Monster expressed shock at this. The fact that she's still alive speeaks more volume than Sayids excuse for ti. 'There was no need to kill them when I had what I needed.' Could it be that the Island T-1000 is not quite as inhuman as he seems to be? Maybe a small act of defiance for a man who has constanly struggled with himself, and mabye he still is doing just that. Because to be honest there is no real reason for him to let her go. Gives me hope for the man.
A small addendum, the way he says 'run' to her in that growly voice is.. quite hot. But I digress.
Anyways just general observations as we get closer to the end of the line here. I ca NOT wai to see Shannon again, among others again and to see how things play out. I won't even begin to speculate on what might happen next, cause i'm spoiler-free and will stay that way from now on.
Bring it on Lost, can't wait to see what you've got in store :D
