Last nights concert.

Well, that was way cool. I went out to Water Street Music hall here to an event called "[G]rave 2" (Gothic Rave) There were 4 bands playing. First was Disintigration, the second was Vespertine (a local band with mixed styles), third was Babylon Tiles (boring and kinda painful on the ears due to the sound system) and last was Translucia (a kind of trance-ish goth band). This was Disintegrations first ever performance, and I have to say they kicked ass, they were WAY better than I was expecting for a first time band. Vespertine was really cool, cause they had such a nice mixture of songs, everything from a Queensryche sounding hard industrial set to some very laid back Clannad style songs. Translucia was both visually and audibly interesting since they had 2 dance girls and the lead singer all exotic dancing onstage wearing body paint and g-strings, their set was mostly Acid Trance kinds of stuff. The DJ sets in the rest of the club were also really cool as filler for when the main stuff got slow.
All in all, a very cool night.

There are rumors of pictures to be posted later...I will see if I can find a link for everybody.

NOTE: I screwed up the order of the bands originally, this is the correct order.
