I love how it has been outside the last few days: a few patches of blue sky peek out from beneath the dark grey clouds, a brisk breeze carries the scent of rain and thunder and makes bare skin prickle with gooseflesh, and the colorful leaves fall from above and land in colorful piles of confetti across green lawns.
It's beautiful. It's inspiring. It makes me want to sit by my window, wrapped in a blanket and sipping on a warm drink. It makes me want to put pen to paper to write or draw or compose something in an attempt to capture the glory that is nature.
Maybe that's why I'm having such a hard time focusing on my work and studying.
Autumn is motivating me to do things that I don't need to be motivated to do.
