solicitation... for a good cause!!
so i don't normally do this, but my youth volunteers here are working on a fundraiser that i have a lot of love for, so i'm soliciting help from my friends in making their fundraiser a success and in helping to save lives around the world. for real.
we're working on a fundraiser for Measles & Malaria. The money goes straight to giving kids vaccinations against measles and providing families with bednets to help them prevent malaria, and other things like this. It's a very successful program that Red Cross has been a part of for several years now.
So our youth are selling items and collecting donations to raise money for this, and if they can reach $2,000 our Chairman of the Board here at Red Cross will match those funds and we will be able to send an amazing 4K to this great program. So if you have a little extra flow and want to help out, it would be greatly appreciated. The items we're selling are super cute. A ribbon pin for Measles, a coconut shell and he,p bracelet for Malaria, and a t-shirt for both.
