Power
When I sink my energetic roots deep into Mother Earth in this place I tap into energy, raw energy. I tap into the energy of the dark, rich Earth herself and all of her gems. I tap into Earth’s moisture and underground streams that bubble up to the surface as springs that flow into streams, brooks, creeks, ponds, rivers, lakes and oceans. Deeper down I tap into Earth’s fiery core that sometimes ejaculates out of volcano peaks. With my roots deep in the Earth I can spread my limbs and breath in the four winds, Earth’s own breath, her spirit, that sometimes puffs strands of children’s hair and at other times roars as a hurricane or twists a path of destruction as a tornado across the Midwest. It’s all raw energy.
After I am deeply rooted in Mother Earth I speak my Lady’s name, the name only she and I know. Before the sound of her name fades from my lips she is here, she is now. She is in this place with me, naked in all her beauty save for the Brisingamen ‘round her neck. To me she offers through her lips, nipples and cunt her Golden Power. Her Golden Power flows into my mouth like sunlit honey. On some occasions Freyr joins our tryst. From his enormous cock I draw in the same Golden Power but charged with his own energy rather than hers. By his Gold Power my cock swells inside my Lady’s luscious caldron of life. The energy of Freyja and Freyr, my Lady and Lord, is more refined than that of Mother Earth. I receive their generous, abundantly flowing Golden Power and return it back to them with my own unique charge, a gift for a gift.
I tap into the raw energy of Mother Earth, the refined Golden Power of Freyja and Freyr and direct it to a particular desire. In this magical work both Freyja and Freyr delight. When I direct raw energy it is no longer raw. When I direct the Golden Power It is processed through me, through my mind, imagination, will and word. Processed energy, energy that is directed to bring about a particular change, is power. Power is the ability to bring about change. Some call directing energy to bring about a particular change magic or Seidr. That is what it is-Seidr. Seidr is Freyja’s powerful art. It is power, the ability to create change. I value power.
I value power but not power over others. I do not value domination, manipulation or oppression. I value the power from within, power shared with others to empower them to be whole and empowered to fulfill their own desires. I value partnership-power. I value power that enables me to actualize myself, to become who I am. I value power that I can send and direct to others and help them become who they are.
Power over suppresses creativity. Power from within, power shared with others, expresses creativity. It promotes life. It owns its power and refuses to be victimized.
Power over others disrespects. Power from within and with others respects. It respects all others-mineral, plant, animal, human, spirit and divine.
Power over comes down from above. Power from within and with others moves in cycles. It is generated, born, allowed to climax, decline, die, rest and be reborn. It is the way of Moon, Sun, the stars, seasons and all beings.
The first Vanic Value is Place. The second is Power. It is the Power found in this Place, this here and now, and every place. It is the Power to create changes that fulfill our desires and promote life.
