Being a Solitaire is Normal

Some think that solitaires are the exception and that being in a community is normal. I think that being in a community (herd) is normal for some and being solitary is normal for for others. We see these  two ways of living all around us. For example, solitary animals do not spend much time with members of their own species, except when they mate. They do not live in packs or herds. They roam, hunt, and eat alone. The following is a partial list of solitiares, some four-footed, some winged, some crawlers:
