It was heartbreaking today. The state manager announced who was getting the promotion to everyone in the office. As much as Team Leader annoys me at times, it was horrible seeing how hurt he was. He has been working towards this promotion for four years. Everyone in the office was so supportive of him which was reat to see. I wouldn't be surprised if he quit after this.
Watching someone's dreams be shattered is a horrible thing.
