Originally uploaded by Freyas Fire. I have spent most of the week in bed, not because I'm sick, but because it's the warmest spot in the house. I put the electric blanket on the bed last week, and Wayne has been too sick to bleed the radiators, so I've been sitting under the blankets, watching TV and trying out a new beading technique using various cabachons. I had gotten a book on how to do it from Crafter's Choice, and I think I did pretty good for my first attempts. Wanna see? They're on my Flickr page. There are five completed pieces in all. Now I just have to figure out how much to charge for them. They took hours to do.
