So the new house I am renting comes with quarterly inspections of the property. It is supposed to be to make sure the house is in sound condition and working order, but we all know it's so they can nose around and make sure their are no pets or messes *shakes head* So I decided to make a list to make sure I get it all done by the 17th.

and of course the laundry except what I make cleaning rest of house
