A late introduction, but one nevertheless. I understand that this is a means to communicate and was advised upon my humble arrival to do so at the soonest possible opportunity. Clearly, that opportunity was rather late in coming. I hope that, with regards to the circumstances of arrival in this place, this was by no means an offense. Going against the law, even unwittingly so, would certainly be an unpleasant way to begin things.
In any case, I am Muraki Kazutaka, a doctor from Tokyo. I wish to offer my services as a doctor to this place. Is there an application, or a letter of recommendation required?
