I'm sorry if this is my second blog entry in less than 30 minutes.

You see, there was this customer who wanted to have something printed, so I went over to her workstation and fixed the page settings, blah blah.

Then I told her "Miss, paki-type na lang yung file name mo."

Guess what she types? Look closely at her document's name.
