Trauma T_T
so I just realised that almost all of my pictures that I have collected over the past like 5 years that I had on my computer no longer work. I had burned them all to a DVD the end of August and then upgraded my computer over christmas and used my old harddrive so I had to wipe everrything off it, so i only backed up stuff after the end of August .. and now I see that the pictures I backed up in August don't work ... I guess the files some how all got corrupt, which is dumb because there was another folder on the same DVD with other pictures in it that is fine! WTF?! I knew something stupid and lame like this would happen to me! I knew I should have just burned everything again! but I guess the computer wouldn't let me burn the new pics i did have, so i just put them on my portable harddrive.
*dies* stupid piece of shit technology I hate you! *kicks computer and is tempted to break the DVD*
*sigh* so many pics ... but I guess I'll live ... several people I know lost everything from there comps when they died over the break ... I guess all I lost was pics ... but thats something that is basically impossible to find again T_T
my friend is currently looking up stuff on any possible way to fix the files ... *crosses fingers* I really hope he finds a way to fix my babies ....
EDIT: ya so they are pretty much for sure dead ... I wanna cry
