Historic? You Bet Your Ass.
All classes at Syracuse University starting after 12:45 pm are cancelled due to snow. They are staggering the release of non-vital staff (so, non-physical plant, dining hall, maintenance, etc.) from the University in order to keep the roads from becoming clogged.
This is the first time they have done this in 16 years. Which is saying something, considering that Syracuse gets an insane amount of snow every year.
