Self, WTF? Seriously.
So annoyed at myself right now. I go in on one of my days off to help put the food away when we get our massive delivery of stock. The last couple of weeks I haven't had to since it was slow enough that the girls on shift were able to handle it on their own. So this week, I called ahead to make sure I was needed before heading down and was told that it was being handled. About a half hour later, however, I got a call from them asking where I was and if they should just put the food away without me. Apparently there was a miscommunication with the girl I spoke to on the phone, and the food sat outside for something like forty minutes. My boss was a touch pissed off if her text messages to me were Amy indication, and I'm pretty annoyed with myself, as well.
Going out hiking today, though, which will hopefully make me feel better. (Will have photos later!)
