LMAO, I love that! Although my favourite Ianto quote has to be the rant about the phones (also directed at Owen) If you haven't seen it yet you'll definitely know what I mean when you do xD

omg, HE DOES! I had to pause the 'Sleeper' episode so many times because I was laughing at or cheering for Ianto too much to pay attention! (Like when he slams his fist on the table and says, "NO ONE knows more than me!" lmao XD) I can't wait to watch the rest of the series, just for Ianto! and in episode 2, he does give a rant about phones to Owen, but I'm not sure if it's the one you're referring to. (Does he rant more than once about it...?) I also love when he's telling Jack that he was positively terrifying while interrogating an alien, and Jack says, "You don't look scared." Ianto: "Well, it passed." XDDD And he's still so adorably awkward when Jack asks him out!

Oh, god, I could go on about him forever; I really could!
