Rape?
If you are hanging out with friends, and they are drunk... the fun dies down and one invites you back to their house cause they still want company, You have stayed at their house before, so you go over, and they start touching you trying to get you to have sex with them, you say "no""Stop""Leave me alone!""Get off of me""Please stop"etc... they stop.. and you explain why you don't want to do anything.. you almost fall asleep again.. and they start to do it again and this time they don't stop, you push them off of you and are still pleading that they don't, but once they are Inside you you stop fighting... is that Rape?
Should the cops be called?
This person is a friend, and if they were themselves would never do that, after they realized what they did they said "Oh My God! What have I done?" went into the kitchen and tried to hurt themselves, You stop them and calm them down telling them it is okay, They say" It's NOT OK!" "do you realize what I just did to you?" "you are a sovereign human being, I had no right to violate you", So they feel bad about it and probably didn't realize it was happening...
Should the cops be called?

You could have just left when they stopped the first time..
You could have kept fighting...
You could have hit them...
Is it wrong to still consider that person a friend?
