(no subject)
I've been a busy little bee, Last weekend was most lovely I hopped on the train to Liverpool which was a bit of a long haul but pleasant all the same. It snowed so much of they journey I had my fingers crossed it would be snowing when I got there but sadly not! It was however freezing. I was greeted my Martha at the station and then we found Ben and all hung out and ate and had a nice quiet evening. I had a grand day with Jenn which was long overdue and quite quite lovely. Liverpool is nice, I ate chinese all you can eat buffet but somehow all I could eat was one really small measly plate! it was still cool though. Bought some fingerless gloves and a mothers day gift for mither which I left there, oops. Me and Jen saw the life aquatic hooray! and I tried to educate martha and ben in the joys of Wes Anderson. I made them watch Garden State even though they didnt really want to but they loved it.whooosh
Monday Jenny came home for flying visit and I'm really enjoying the fcat we're finally getting on like and we can hang out. We're going to go and see the futureheads together, I've never been to a show with my sister so that'll be swell.We went to monkey for lovely stuffed peppers lunch with Owen, Fern, Dean, Aled and Rhiannon and I had a thoroughly nice time. Then Jenny made me almost late for my second shift at work at my new job, which by the way is so tough! but I really need the money badly so yea. I called one lady and she said in her rather well to do Bristol accent 'I've just had my face off and I really dont think you'd want to take a photo of me thankyou very much!' which I thought was true comedy, Hazel the really annoying token 'im so crazy' person who I sit next to is such a flirt yesterday she was talking to someones husband saying how she thought he was 5'8' and dark and handsome etc she's so funny she tells all of them she's crazy and it really wears a bit thin , even if I have only worked three shifts! ha
Today I had my first lie in as im totally exhausted by the lack of sleep I got in liverpool and all this working malarky! Today is busy I need to buy mum some socks cos she keeps moaning that she has to take her shoes off in her clients houses and she has holes in all of her socks. I also need to actually finish my personal statement yikes! Call colliers and find out how much my camera is going to cost to fix. Call my dad and get him to nag the garage to hurry and fix my poor mini. I also have some overdue bils to pay! poo
I want to just sit here all daay and paint and listen to ghost mice but alas way too much to do!
