(no subject)
O_O Where has everyone gone? I hardly recognise any of the names on my friends list! I really didn't mean to be away for so long without saying goodbye but I had to go home for an emergency and I didn't have time to make a post and then I don't have internet at home and anyway I didn't really feel like writing anything here even if I could have, but still, I'm sorry I've been away so long and I hope nobody is too mad at me. :( :( :(
The reason I had to go home is that my sister was in an accident on her bike and even though she was wearing her crash helmet she was in hospital asleep for weeks and weeks. It was really scary because the doctors said she might not wake up at all, because they couldn't tell how badly her brain was hurt, but they said that talking to her might help so I sat with her loads and talked about anything I could think of and when I ran out of things to say I read recipes out of my bread cookbooks. I was on volume 73 of Breads of the World when she woke up. The first thing she did was punch me in the arm so hard I got a dead arm and then she shouted at me and said the only reason she woke up was to tell me to shut the hell up. My arm kind of hurt then but I was happy she was awake and she's always pretty violent anyway so I didn't really mind. She's okay now and back at home, but mom and dad have locked her bike in the garage and won't let her ride it so she's really mad with them.
I haven't baked anything for weeks. My fingers feel like they're itching or something. I wonder what kind of bread I should make first.
