after ed and i got engaged we went to a time share presentation, not knowing of course what the hell they were all about. truth be it, we were actually quite impressed and now i'm on my parents to buy a timeshare. ha.
i can't believe how expensive weddings can be. and the fact that everyone hikes up prices on weddings annoy the hell out of me. truth be it, i want to tell vendors its a "social event" and get 50% off asking price for weddings. g'luck.
my friend is a web-designer that does wedding websites. she made ours which turned out wonderfully as we were able to keep all of our out of town guests in the loop with updates and such. www.ginaandtim.com
let me know if you're interested in my friend's works! happy planning!! and don't stress too much just yet.... best advice i received during the planning of our wedding was to simply enjoy the experience. and in the end, everything worked out beautifully... :-)

ed and i were thinking about doing a website but that's just extra cash that can be allocated else where. i agree with you tho, the best advice is to take things as they come and try to enjoy the experience. after all, it "should" be a once in a life time experience right. =)

thanks for stopping by... your always welcome.
yeah if my parents owned a timeshare that would be cool... like u can possibly get the benefits w/o having to dish too much out.
we're still trying to iron out where and when... so any suggestions are always welcome. i already know i'll be spending quite a bit on the wedding. i want to cut corners where i can... but i also want to make sure everyone has a good time.

if i do a website i'll go with a cheap route... and do most of the work myself. so the cost of hosting for the year shouldnt be too much.

i've been too busy to actually even think about it... but i'll do some research soon. thanks for the advice.
