That ship has sailed. My hyperactive mom and step-dad left me totally exhausted. We went full-tilt the entire time they were here and I’m so tired.
I kayaked for the first time, that was super cool.
I got them both to try sushi for the first time, and they loved the markets and the salmon Joe grilled at home.
They did not love when the trivia host at Connor Byrne played "do you take it in the @ss" for the guess-that-song category.
Mom also did not enjoy reading The Stranger which she picked up while I was getting a hair trim. Watching the alternating looks of horror, displeasure, and prudishness in the mirror was however, priceless.
