hardcore. talk about living in a prison.

that gives me urge to make a post about american doors too. i have never seen so flimsy door locks as in america. and here also there seems to be an overwhelming majority of the same kind. for people concerned about safety it seems astonishing.



when i think that even at my shitty little studios in paris i had locks with thick keys and at least three locking points: top, bottom and side of the door.

if i were a thief in america i'd definitely come through the door.

Where did you get that picture of a doorknob? It doesn't look like a front door.

26% of Americans own handguns, and three quarters of those people own more than one. They're waiting for someone to break into their house so that they will have a change to blow out someone's guts.

i don't know how your locks are. the ones we have here are quite like the one on this picture.

and if the guys are just waiting for thieves and armed to their teeth, then what's the point to have the steel bars on the windows that sahn mentioned?

Unarmed people buy the bars. They put them up so that burglers its safe to kick in the door and rape everyone inside.
