(no subject)
So Christmas shopping really IS Hell...
I woke up this morning at 8:30 (hardly sleeping in when you've just finished finals), left the house at 9:30 to go to the bank and arrive at Corte Madera's The Village Shopping Centre at 10am. Yes, 10am. It is now 7:51pm and I just got home TWENTY FRIGGIN MINUTES AGO!! The worst part is that I spent most of day avoiding the eyes of all those people you know you know but you forget where from and/or (most likely) who they even are. So, I spent all day walking back and forth and hiding from my family so they didn't know what I was getting them even though they did because they had just been in the store with me trying on the clothes I would then buy them five minutes later. In fact, my family went so stir-crazy this year that we just walked into stores together, said "I want this," and the other person would buy it. We have lost all creativity. On the plus side, I bought my sister a Clay Aiken 16-moth 2005(/6 I guess) calendar. woot. On the very plus side, my sister came out the bathroom and announced to me, "Ok, so there was either poop or sausage in the sink..." hahahahaha
