Woman Sues for Sexual Harrassment
'Emo boy' walking down the street, exposed bulge
New York, NY (AP) -- An upstate woman has filed a civil action, claiming that while walking down to the store, she was repeatedly harrassed by the sight of a young man's bulge, due to his overly tight jeans. Kathleen McNamara, of Middletown, New York claims that Jacob Russell, willingly and intentfully followed her for several blocks, with the sole goal of causing her mental harm from exposing too much of his body.
"It was a complete nightmare," said a teary-eyed McNamara outside of the Federal Courthouse in Manhattan. She went on to say that, "It was his jeans -- they were just too tight." Her lawyers refused to comment on the case, saying only that they had ample evidence to support their client's claims.
Meanwhile, Russell has thus far refused to make many comments to defend himself. Yet to appoint counsel, he has made only one statement, coming in the form of a press release. It read, in part, "I never meant to harm anyone. I only thought the jeans looked really good on me."
Trial proceedings are set to begin on the 20th of October.
