(no subject)
Ok:
Apt 1) nice, the land lord seemed like an understanding guy .. not very personable though. The apt itself was LONG .. not wide .. LONG. Had a really big kitchen, a nice sized bathroom, private back door/steps, closed in front porch, all carpet. But! It was 600$. BIG NO. Especially without a roomie. And 600 is a lot even with all utilities incl.
Apt 2) The perfect size. One bedroom, a living room, a lot of attic storage space (can make into another bedroom but not suggested), little kitchen, bigger bathroom than I have here, landlord is a really cool old guy. We just stood and talked for like 25 minutes about some tenants hes had in the past. He would like me as a tenant .. told me right out. There are only 3 other tenants and theyre old people which is cool .. cuz I like old people .. as long as theyre not driving in front of me haha. 425$ with some utilities incl. He takes care of heat and hot water.
Apt 3) Humongoid. It was on Division St right across the st from Steves Used Tires. As soon as I said that my dad and Uncle Jeff screamed no. At the same time. I didnt even put it together when I saw the ad in the paper. The other tenants are really scary. Even walking up the steps to see it I was afraid. Theyre all like trashy and ewy and crazy. It would be a nice place to stay in but Id never want to leave just because theyre so scary. AND it has really steep steps going into the back. Im not liking that. The only reason why its $400 including all utilities is because its a bad news area. So .. no.
My uncle Jeff is supposed to ask one of his friends if he has something available. This friend of his owns a bunch of apartments around Kingston that are supposed to be really nice. Well see though. The sooner I turn in my application for Apt 2 the better. I cant wait a long time.

Im eating dinner with my 'mom' Sharon tomorrow. Im excited. I love that lady. We're gonna eat with her momma and daughter. Itll be girls night. Then me an Jenny (her daughter) are going to shoot pool. Should be a fun evening. - the end -
