and i have a migrane.
im obsessed with the discovery health channel...thats all that was on tv! lol
i wanna go back.
lets see....what did i do for the past week or so...
Tuesday: flew to san antonio. drove for what seemed like foreverrr to get to beeville. (i saw a sign for houses being sold in the $40's...it was crazy)
Wednesday: spent time with my grandma and my aunt. (theres nothing to do in beeville... so i sat and listened to my grandma talk...) i went to one of the nastiest grocery stores ever. it smelt like beer and urine... the most exciting part of the night...sadly..was probably watching tv.
Thursday: Thank God someone finally built a real movie theatre in Beeville, or i may have died from bordem. I saw a movie for 3 dollars! and my sister got popcorn for like...2.50. texas is great. then one of my moms many many many aunt and uncles came over, so we got to see them for a little bit.
Friday: left beeville and drove to new braunfels to see my aunt and her husband, mike. it had been 4 years since i had had jack-n-the-box..and it was really good. lol so thennnn we got ready to go to Gruene Hall. :) i had so much fun that night. We went to Gruene Hall to see the Old 97's concert. its like the oldest dance hall in texas....with no air conditioning..and it was almost 100 degrees that day...and the place was packed. i have never seen so many beer bottles in my life. haha but the highlite had to have been when mike showed up...already drunk from happy hour. it was a fun night. luckily...he was sober the next day. haha
Saturday: i have never eaten so much food in my life! mike got us breakfast tacos in the morning. then, we went out to lunch with one of my moms bride's maids...and what did we have? of course, mexican...i mean, we were in texas...its a must. after we ate, my aunt took my sister and I toobing on the Comal River. That was a lot of fun. Just about every single person was drunk, and had coolers filled with beer...so it was interesting. this one dude climbed up this hill that leads to houses, and jumped into the river. There are two toob chutes throughout the river, and its like a water slide that chutes you into the river...and i made it into the first one, because there is no way to avoid it...and it was a lot of fun..but then, we didnt know about the second one...and the current drifted me away from the toob chute...and i went over a waterfall.....that was not fun. but it was cool...the water was soooo nice. then we went home and showered and got ready for the night. mike wanted to take us to the Watering Hole..which was some bar he liked...but there was a $20 cover charge that my mom didnt want to pay...so we went to Adobe Verde cuz there was live music. soooo much food!!!! oh gosh...i never want to eat again.
Sunday: Father's day...so we had a bar-b-q. mike made soooo much food! gosh... but me and my sister didnt want to wait for the food to be made...and we were waiting for russel and celina to get there...so we went to gruene and shopped. :) so many stores....i had to :) it was really hot tho....105 degrees...so we didnt stay too long...but we still got a lot of stuff. i bought this really old, antique ring, but its being resized...so theyre shipping it to me. we went back to the house and everyone was there, and alread downin the margaritas. lol my family or whatever you wanna call them is crazy. haha id never seen my aunt once shed been drinking...and she kept afforing drinks to my sister and me.....my mom was oblivious. lol i dont think my sister should be allowed to drink....she cant handle it. ;) haha they tasted good tho... but i dont drink...so i kinda watched and laughed...and drank more of my moms than she did.
Monday: umm....we went to San Antonio. I wasnt really feelin good...my hip was killin me..and it was hot...so i wanted to go home, but we still had a good time. we went to the Alamo and then to some store to get beer t-shirts and then to the River Walk and then more food....off courseeeeeee. we went to Hard Rock..and it was air conditioned..so i wanted to stay in there forever. but we went home after that cuz it was soo hot and we didnt really have anything else to do. i slept on the ride home. 0:) everyone was sleeping once we got home tho...and since i had just slept...i wasnt tired....so i watched the discovery health channel/ bubble boy. hahah i was so bored. my aunt and mike just bought a new house....because there house has flooded twice already...and mike is remodeling the whole house, so we went to see it. there wasnt anything to see tho....they totally demolished it.
Tuesday: looked at houses, cuz my mom wants to move back....then flew home!
i love texas....i wanted to stay longer.
