Well do you know what a magikarp evolves into? Its a giant ugly raging sea serpent. What feebas evolve into, is the exact opposite.

Yeah they do, I think its because people keep using them like clubs or bats. That would piss me off too after a while.

That would be an enchanting beautiful sea serpent. I got a feebas myself I named her Siren for that reason.
