Loki!
Watched Thor yesterday. The movie is alright. But that's not what I'm squeeing over.
What really shine in the movie is Loki. Yup, Thor's younger brother. They made him a complicated character rather than just a straight out villain. Which he isn't.
Hiddleston did a fantastic job portraying Loki's manipulative and mischievous nature. There's a nice interview of Hiddleston and his thoughts on Loki in the movie. I'm giggling here as he drew his inspiration from Robert Rodi's LOKI which has one sided Thor/Loki as canon.
Loki just needs a hug.
The movie has the slashy Thor/Loki vibe. The UST! Wobbie Loki! It really helps that The Norse Mythology is really really slashy as well and with crossdressing, Loki changing gender (oh wait that's marvel) and all sorts of stuff.
