Sabo is still alive. There really is a huge possibility now that he was that curly hair revolutionary who saved Robin on the slave island. Seeing as that probably happened about the same the time as the impel down arc, it was impossible for him to rush from that island to marineford. Although if he's still alive, why didn't he tried to contact Ace?
Or perhaps, Dragon left him behind on another island. hmmm.
