Rare pairing? It's rather hard to find fics about these two. I like how the fic explores and contrasts Helmeppo's past and present with Coby. And Garp encouraging them together is just hilarious.

“But I never wanted to change,” Helmeppo said. Coby had told him, many times by now, that even while he'd been under Alvida's thumb, he'd still dreamed.
