complete soberness...

so its been 8 days with no booze, no cigs, and no chron...going for a full flush of the system...my head has been so clear since i've stopped it all to....i just find whenever im on either im so depressed and down...and i dont wanna be that guy anymore...i dont wanna feel guilty and sorry for myself everyday...i can't live in the past anymore....got a new haircut to get rid of all the old karma ( as lenny k would say), the only regret i have is i wont get the chance to make it up to *you*....

anyways im off gone to get some groceries and go watch a flick
