{Blog} Neighbor's Cat...

Sep 27, 2009 17:21

The resident in the condo across mine has gotten a cat....

Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but this is a cat I'm allergic to...It's also against the rules of the Tailles D'or Condos Rules & Regulations to own any pets besides aquatic animals or small rodents...

I really shouldn't be sneezing in my own condo, or even the hallway if the neighbor would just take care of it and make sure it's not getting out, but....somehow it keeps finding a way onto my bed. I don't even know how, I keep my door locked and the windows shut when I leave, yet everytime I come home it's napping on my bed. I haven't had to worry about any of my furniture being ruined because it's declawed, and it's rather friendly too...

The neighbor's an elderly widow and I can understand her wanting some company like a cat, and I respect that, but I'm going to have to report it soon if this keeps up....I've had to buy several packages of tissue boxes already, and it's only been a week. I've vacuumed the cat hair up whenever I see it, but it just keeps...appearing. Everywhere. Any more cleaning and I'll make my furniture threadbare...

I've also tried approaching the neighbor on this, but she always freaks out about me being a cat hater and all that...(Which is quite the opposite, I love cats, particularly those from my home nation) I'm a bit afraid to talk to her about it now...(Note to All: Always be careful when you talk to old ladies on their cats...)

I don't want to turn the cat in, but I can't have it wandering around either...What to do...
