Thanks Wendy and Richard for a great read. I don't know why exactly that line grabbed me so hard when I first read through a young lady friends borrowed collection, but it did. It spoke to me somehow, but I just lacked the language to understand what it was trying to say.
On nights like this, with no one around in person or online, the wind howling and gusting outside..... I wonder if I come a few steps closer to understanding.
