Life in it's current state
Wow, the last post I made was a long time ago! Well, now I'm going to post something more current.
I work as a server at Applebees, and I LOVE it! Some people have given me a hard time that it's not a "real" job, and that I should have a real job since I'm a college graduate. Honestly though, I would go PSYCHO sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day for the rest of my life. That doesn't sound like fun to me. So sue me that I actually enjoy going to work every day!
I'm getting married in a little less than a month and a half..........wow. That's crazy. I'm PSYCHED! The last minute details are starting to pile up and I need to start budgeting my time to deal with them. But things are starting to come together. Sweetness.
My friend Kristi is comming to Grand Haven on Saturday to spend the afternoon here. I'm so happy she's comming. Friends = good, Kristi = friend so Kristi = good. I just used math in an everyday use! If a = b and b= c than a = c. Teehee. I find that mathematical theory to be pretty common knowledge though. Whatever, I'm getting off track.
Not much else is going on here. I sing in church on July 1st. So, I'm pretty pumped about that. But yeah, no rediculous realizations of enlightenment to discuss. Although I did get a question when I was in church last week that maybe y'all can help me with.
If God is in control of everything, then how is it possible that we have free will? If he's in control of absolutely everything, then it seems like our choices are dictated for us whether we realize it or not. That's the latest thing I'm struggling with spiritually. If anyone has some words of wisdom for me, that would be pretty much awesome.
