1/2 liter of water brought to a boil with 3 cinnamon sticks in it until it's yellow
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 can evaporated milk then added to the cinnamon water and also brought to a slow boil.
1 can of cream of coconut added to the mixture after the heat is turned off. mix completely
1 liter of light /clear rum. Pour this in last before letting mixture cool.
Transfer into the fridge to cool for a few hours or days until needed.
This is one of the most incredible drinks that I have recently had. All I got to say is "Yeah for puerto ricans".
