In what seems to be a rarity for most of those living on the island, Arthur is very calm, cool, and collected. It takes quite a lot to anger him, which can be a blessing as well as a curse - when he's angry, he can be ruthless, but on the other hand, his levelheadedness can make him seem unemotional or uncaring. It's actually the complete opposite; he does care quite a lot for the well-being of others, as is evidenced by his tendency to appear to people lost in icy mountains. He won't hesitate to attack if it means protecting something he cares deeply about, but more often than not, he'd rather avoid conflict unless you happen to be one of the other birds. Despite being the titan of ice, he can actually be very warmhearted and polite at times, but when he's upset with someone, he is extremely cold to them. He is also extremely intelligent and can be rather manipulative if the need for it arises.
