Breakout convention report and pics - part 2/3
I'm sorry this took me like forever, but I got to write it in my spare time, which is really rare since I got back to work.

Saturday May 19th - Second day at Breakout convention!
Ok, so, here I am. Saturday was the first photoshoot/autograph sessions day and, apart from the brief meeting at the Meet&Greet the night before, this was the first day of Q&A with the guests.
Was I excited? Definitely YES!
Was I scared to death at the idea of the photoshoot with Jason and Michael? Definitely..Yes!
Well I wasn’t the only one. LOL
I got up at 7am, Laura (
17laura) was already awake for whatever reason. Apparently I also pulled the whole comforter to my side of the bed (we were sharing the double, and Barbara was in a single one) so she was a little freezing. I’m sorry hon!
We didn’t have so much sleep, but adrenaline was most certainly doing its part in the whole thing.
I chose what clothes to wear the night before so dressing up didn’t take so much time. I wanted to feel extremely comfortable for the photoshoot so jeans+shirt+tank top were in order.
We got to the Rad around 9am and headed for the Main Hall. Video screenings were planned to keep busy the attendees during the whole 2 hours or so photo sessions. So we almost immediately queued for the photoshoot. I’ll spare you the crazy talks cause we really were over-excited and there’s not much to say apart from the giggling and hysterical laughing.
I gotta say, it was fucking freezing in there and the place got a bit warmed up only when from a side door Michael and Jason made their way in the room.
And DAMN! I mean, damn! Michael was wearing a light blue sweater and a charming smile, the ‘I know it all’ kind of smile. He made his way through the queueing crowd and started hugging people randomly. He was all ‘good morning! How are you??’ like an old friend. Alessia turned to me and said something like ‘what is he doing??!’.
In the meantime my eyes couldn’t stop adoring the most charming guy I’ve ever seen. Jason was standing shyly near Mark waving at us from time to time. You’ve probably read this a thousand times but he was wearing black pants and a black button-down shirt of the ‘heart-breaking’ type.
All I could do was gaping, open-mouthed. And I know you just can’t blame me! You can’t people!
The only thing that got me a little distracted was Michael approaching us and hugging Alessia and Mary. I breathed out something like ‘are you trying to kill us?’ and he smiled brightly before putting an arm around my shoulders, resting his cheeck lightly over my head and squeezing me tightly saying ‘of course not! I’m just saying good morning!’. Honestly? I’ve never experienced a better ‘good morning hug’, before! Yayyyy!!
And my mother is still surprised by my complete giddiness when I talk about the con. Pfft! Those guys could melt ice with a look!
(Note to self: Back on subject, you fangirly girl!) Alessia and Mary (
mrsdusick) were a little before me so I had plenty of time to adore Jason from the distance LOL
He’s such a nice guy. He posed with that oh-too-cute smile of his with everyone. I didn’t even realized it was my turn when I suddenly was face to face with him and started babbling something. He asked how things were going, if i was having fun and I guess the only thing I was able to answer was ‘fine’ and ‘yes’. What can I do? That guy leaves me speachless. Plus, did I mentioned THE STARE before?! Well THIS was one of the many times in which it knocked me down! Hard!
We got ready for the shooting but I was so nervous that I didn’t even smiled so much.
When I was ready to leave (cause the other girl was ready to take her pic with Jason, and it was all very quick) je just touched my arm and said ‘thank you, I’ll see you later’ and I swear I could have fainted any second, but I was so high on life that I just couldn’t!
I went out of the room and back in to start the queue for Michael, who, by the way was missing LOL
Yeah, the queue for Jason was almost done and Michael was nowhere to be found. Panic started to spread and someone screamed ‘Michael! Michael! Find Michael!’. He popped out from the door at the end of the room and smiled widely a few minutes later.
I don’t know about Laura and Mary, but for me it was way much easier taking the picture with Michael. Ok, maybe he might have not ‘the stare’, but he definitely owns ‘the hugs’! He smiled and greeted me when I got to take the picture with him. He hugged me and, again, I apparently failed to do the same, but I was certainly more relaxed. LOL
The pic with Jason turned out like ‘duh!’. Don’t get me wrong, Jason turned out beautiful, as always. Me, on the other hand? Well I’m gonna show you just because I have a better one on Sunday lol (the one I got signed by Jason in the autos session). The one with Mickey blue eyes turned out pretty good, though.

I gathered my stuff from the wardrobe desk and waited for Mary and Alessia with Laura and Barbara, who didn’t take the pic with Michael and were like ‘way the hell didn’t we take the pic with him?’. (My guess? They were craving for the ‘morning hugs LOL But shhhh don’t tell ‘em)
We headed back to the Main Hall for some Prison Break video screenings and took the seats waiting for Mark&Michael Q&A which started somewhere around noon.
Those guys know how to entertain, I swear! Giving the general initial awkwardness, Michael took some pictures with his own camera muttering ‘amazing’ and ‘great’ all the while. LOL
So, we all wrmed up a little and started to make questions. Some q&a and liquid courage after, me and Alessia went for the mic and asked him a few questions. A funny one, actually. A girl from FreeFans (Valentina, that means you LOL) posted a question for both Jason and Michael and we decided to ask Michael about it.
Question was more or less like this: ‘We all know you’re a brilliant actor, now it’s time to prove it! We’ll give you three embarassing situations, and you’ll have to play the reactions.’
1. someone stole your car
2. you have this incredible urgency to pee, but there’s an endless line for the bathroom
3. you’re out on a fancy date and you forgot your wallet
I have to say he’s so damn brilliant! We were laughing like mad and he was enjoying the part too.
The funniest thing was the third situation. He was all like ‘you know..ther’s something I need to tell you..Next time..dinner will be all mine, I swear’ then suddenly he got up, searched the room for Jamie (the cutest, sweetest girl I’ve ever seen *_*) and said ‘Hei! I wasn’t kidding, I really forgot my wallet!’ LOL

(It’s really bugging that my hands weren’t shaking then, cause as soon as Jason got on stage, later in the afternoon, I completely forgot how to stay calm).

The break really wasn’t for me. Alessia, Mary and I remained chained to the chair because we didn’t want to lose out seat while Laura and Barbara literally flew to McDonalds to get something to eat. (You know..they’re so tiny but you have no idea of the amount of food they can physically eat! Again, there’s no need for them to hear this LOL)
But let’s talk about a certain BAD BOY..shall we?
Jason finally on stage was FAN-fucking-TASTIC! I was thinking ‘please, tell me he changed from this morning, cause I don’t know if I can handle his all-black hotness again!’.
Let’s just say, god wasn’t so much into hearing my thoughts, cause HE was indeed still wearing black and I was indeed having a heartache, again! Bright side, I was sitting so no fainting-hitting-the-floor risks.
He’s AMAZING! There was some kind of religious silence after the screaming/giggling/camera flashing part, which was really cool.
I took some pictures of course! And I really tried to pick up the onew which aren’t too blurry, but my hands couldn’t stop shaking so, this is the best I got:

Watch out, the stare in the third and fourth ones!
He talked a bit about season three, about his favourite season one episodes (which btw me and my friends already asked him for at the meet&greet) and the fact that he wish he could take season 3 back. He’s not so happy of the way Logan went from all-jackass to all-emo, but as the great guy he is, he kept on saying good things about the show and about Kristen, of course. *snorts*
I’m sorry if there’s some big Kristen Bell fan reading this right know, but she DOESN’T deserve a bit of his affection! Not a single damn bit!
He’s always like #1 LoVe fan, #1KB fan and so on, and she’s like ‘yeah, everyone loves Logan because of Jason’s cute smile. Even if Logan’s a jackass, Jason smiles, and every girl go nuts!’ and 'Logan doesn't deserves Veronica' all over again.
I’m sorry? Can we go back to the ‘when KB wasn’t a complete bitch’ part of the story? Wait..I’m not even sure that part really exists.
Sorry for the ranting, where were we? Oh, yes, PRESENTS!!
The girls gave Jason the gift box [Kristy (
wowsugarpuss_) and Sam (
sunnyringo)’s beautiful idea, I have to say] - gift I was planning to contribute to if only my work hadn’t eat me alive - and he was thanking everyone and going a bit through it, even if he promised to give it full attention later.
He talked also about shooting sex scenes with Kristen and Charisma and I swear to God, he blushed! I think he really blushes a lot, which I totally like about him, btw!
At a certain point Michael showed up for a while and stood near the door listening. I have to say when Michael is around, Jason is way much comfortable and it’s awesome that the two of them are so close!
Then he said something that I really won’t forget in a million years! ‘I'm running for president. As Logan.’ LMAO
He was asked about the songs he likes the most at the moment and he couldn't remember so he looked right at Lauren (sitting in the back rows) and said 'What are my favourite songs...I'm asking you..' (ok, so his tone killed me!!). His favourite music bands are Blink 182 ('is this the right answer?' LOL) and Postal service.
This is it, I LOVE HIIIIIIIIIIIM!!
Alessia and I got some liquid courage and headed for the mic to ask him a couple of questions.
I was meaning to ask him something about ‘The deep below’ and whether he felt more close to Logan or Will. Ok, someone even got this on video, so there’s no place I can hide LOL
Thing is he kept on staring at me and I had to fix my eyes on the piece of paper in my hands to avoid my voice to tremble and to actually read the question. Plus, talking in front of an audience isn’t really my talent, so..
Ha! Talking about TDB terrifies him, seriously. LOL Hem was like 18 when he shot the movie and he told us that one day he was trying to be James Dean and screwed up with the lines. So fucking cute! He blushed again and pinned me to the floor with ‘the stare’ and said ‘you’re fired Italy!’ (thanks Morly!) LOL
He said ‘please don’t watch it’, but I grinned taking the mic and saying ‘you gotta watch it’ and he smiled. I love him!!! (I already said that? Oh, whatever!)
Then Alessia asked him if he rather play the good guy or the bad guy. Anwer is quite obvious if you just think about Logan. He said he prefers the bad guy, ‘cause being a bad guy, there’s so much sides to explore. At that point I think I kinda blurted out that I was so happy that he was cast as Logan instead of Duncan, cause..seriously folks? LMAO Besides, he’s totally HOT when he plays the bad guy, so..
We thanked him and got back to our seats. My heart was running so fast and I couldn’t stop smiling like an idiot. Ok, no more Jason Dohring for me (AHA! Just kidding!! Mooooore!!).
Just after a while the audience was running out of questions so he asked ‘Any more questions..?’ and then he was looking at us ‘Italy?’ and we all melted to a pool on the floor. But we really were out of questions, mostly because the ones we wanted to make had already been asked or answered in a certain way. So he talked a little more about his favourite episodes focusing on ‘An Echolls family Christmas’ (the guy remembers the eps numbers, he’s a d o r a b l e!) saying that he thought at the time that the show was going so bad and that episode was about to screw things up and he asked his parents about it.
Turned out AEFC is one of the best VM episodes ever. Heee!!
When it was time for him to leave he told us not to be shy (him of all people? LOL) and talk to him whenever we liked. Yeah, sure, like the stare doesn’t leave you speachless!
Next guest was Robert. Damn! What am I gonna say about him? I never watched Prison before so Alessia gave us (Me, Barbara and Laura) a little PB: 101. The man is so freaking charming! I mean, you look at him and you feel like pinned to the spot. He smiles in a so charmingly wicked way you don’t want to take your eyes off of him. He owns the wicked smile!
He actually played a scene in which T-Bag takes a razor blade out of his mouth. Creepy!! (extremely sexy, if you ask me. Ah-ehm!) But he’s a great actor!

After Robert Q&A we went to the Mc to eat something while Alessia and Mary headed to the autos sessions (our tickets were around #170 so we had to wait for the Sunday session). We waited for them and went back to the B&B to freshen up a little and get ready for the party! As the awesome idiot that I am, I didn’t bring anything ‘fancy’ or elegant to dress up with so basically, Alessia was the one wearing an evening dress. LOL
We got to the Rad and sat in the Main Hall watching ‘An Echolls family Christmas’ (which I love). I was secretly hoping Jason would show up, since it’s one of his fave eps.
Well, he did (someone got my prayers!!!) and damn darkness, cause I couldn’t catch his reaction to his acting!
While the staff was setting the main hall for the disco, Michael and Jason stayed in the lobby and a little crowd was starting to form around them. Yes, no need to ask, I was crowding around Jason. LOL
There was a group of girls talking to him and when he was finished he saw us and I muttered something like ‘I’m about to faint’ (yes, because of the stare!). He brought a hand to his chest and said ‘I’m about to faint!’ and I went again ‘No, I am about to faint!’ LOL He said he was fainting because it was hot in the lobby, but I surely was fainting because of him! LOL
Well I didn’t talk much, honestly. He was staring at me, leaning towards me (yes, he indeed lean towards you when he talks or listens to you, and there’s no way possible to escape the stare!) and my mind went blank. The touching? Are we gonna talk about the touching? I was trying my best to make sense telling him that I wish I could catch his expressions during the video screening of AEFC but it was too dark and he smiled and said ‘well I love that episode. It’s pretty cool!’, and he was touching my arm and on the insed I was screaming ‘please, please stop or I’ll faint right here in the middle of the lobby!’.
JD weapon #4: the TOUCHING
We remained a bit around in the lobby, listening to Michael, and then Jason turned around and saw us. Bright smile on his lips ‘are you staying for the dance?’ (sexy tone + arm-touching) and the words were out of my mouth before I even realized ‘if you’re staying..we’re staying!’.
The fancy dress competition didn’t take place, owing to contestants lack.
Emily, Alyss and Charlie dressed up though, and Michael was beyond thrilled to see handcuffs and a sheriff badge LOL
We hang around for a while, danced a little with Alyss, Emily and Charlie and then relaxed a bit on the sofas in the lobby (yeah, we were pretty tired but so happy!) also because Alessia wasn’t feeling good. Damn A/C! We even get a glimpse of Jason and Michael when they got back from dinner and they waved at us.

Time for us to get some sleep! Yeah, well, so we thought, but when we got back to our rooms we were laughing and giggling like only fangirls can do..

..and finally decided not to starve and eat some donuts (yummy, btw!) before drifting to sleep. Laura and Barbara decided to take a picture with Michael on Sunday so they had to get up very early. I asked Laura to wake me when they were ready to leave so that I could take a shower and reach the Rad without hurry.
