I have been playing the world ends with you (DS game) for my holiday break, and by gods is it fun. I bought it on a whim expecting not to like it much as i am horrible at action RPGs but the gameplay blew me away. It's SO FUN. I beat the main portion of the game a while ago (I was unspoiled about everything too) but doing the new game+ endgame stuff now--.
I really hope there is an artbook for this somewhere. the character desings are damn stylish. I can already tell this is big with cosplayers, laffo. need to DL the soundtrack too.
because I am a typical fangirl, Joshua is my favourite character... I can't help it hahaha. him and Mr. H.
I have also been reading all the NGE manga...as well as rewatching the whole series + EoE. The series didn't make much of an impact on me the first time I watched it, but I have so much more appreciation for it after being more exposed to the genre (aka becoming more of an anime geek but whatever :().
I don't know whether I prefer the anime or manga, the manga has lovely art and adds more characterization to some of the characters, but the anime has some really interesting direction.
