In Bloomington this week!
Hello and good day!
Just wanted to confirm that, in accordance with a previous announcement I made, I will be in Bloomington this week for a work-related venture. I will probably be in town circa noon on Monday (tomorrow) and will be leaving late Friday afternoon.
Unfortunately I will not have my own car while I am in town (I am sharing a rental car with my coworkers), so please bear this in mind if you are interested in hanging out. My afternoons will be booked all week, but I should be available for either breakfast or evening social time. I will be staying close to downtown/campus, and I am happy to meet up on foot, though if you have a vehicle to cart me around in in I am willing to consider anything. (Well, ALMOST anything.) Regardless, in the event that we don't hook up, I will be in town AGAIN the weekend of May 15-17, with my car and a clear schedule.
Here's to hoping the weather doesn't thwart our guerrilla textbook buyback adventure (on behalf of Better World Books). Hope to see some of you!
