The thing looks and sounds bloody amazing. I'm really at a loss of words for what to say, this has been such a long time coming. I think I will save the speech though and just relish in the moment...
That said, if you want to obtain a copy direct from me, I am selling them for $13 locally and $15 if I have to ship them somewhere. I will also cut you a deal if you add a copy of the Pejorative EP -- that's $20 for both!
